RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@oliviaoliver.uk. Returns will need to be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and we will provide return details and instructions via email.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We require that returns are sent with tracking to ensure the package can be traced back to our warehouse in Asia. Returns sent without tracking will be considered invalid and cannot be processed.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges free of charge when customers keep the original item. To receive the new size, customers simply need to cover a £14.99 shipping fee. To request a size exchange, please contact us at info@boutiquebondi.com.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations are not possible because orders are automatically transferred to our warehouse for processing. Modifications, including changes to size, color, or address, are also not possible after order placement. If you need to make a change, you may place a new order and return the previous item once received.

Faulty or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. To process a claim, we will need:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the fault or incorrect item

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate items, such as swimsuits
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
